Withdrawal/RETURN
You can return the product you have purchased within (15) days from the delivery date, provided you have not opened the package, used the product or damaged it in any way. Before returning the product, you can contact us via our phone number and state the reason for the return. As soon as our company receives your email or fax, we will contact you and inform you how to return the product. The invoice issued in your name must also be returned with the product.
In exchange for the returned product, either another product will be sent to you or the money will be refunded to your credit card. The shipping costs for the return will be paid by you.
Products that have been damaged during transport
Products that have been damaged in transit should not be accepted, and a damage form should be established with the carrier. The product should not be returned due to minor damage to the packaging, such as small dents, which do not damage the product. However, if you accept the product, the carrier is considered to have fulfilled its obligations. Once we have received the damage report for the non-accepted product, our store will send you a new product as soon as possible.
Defective products
If you discover defective products that could not be identified upon delivery, please send us an email describing the fault and including your invoice and order numbers.
