Right of withdrawal

For distance purchases, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to statutory exceptions. The period starts on the day after the goods are received. Send a clear notice before the period expires to info@yurdumlezzetleri.com, including your name, order number and the relevant items. You may use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form, but this is not required.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life. For sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the right may end once the seal is broken. Each case is assessed according to the goods and applicable law.

Return and cost

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice to Lantmannagatan 17, 214 44 Malmö, Sweden. Handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by further handling. The customer pays the direct return cost unless the law requires otherwise or the return is due to our error.

Refund

For a valid withdrawal, we refund payments received, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of dispatch. Additional cost for a delivery option more expensive than standard is not refunded.

Complaints

You have statutory rights under Swedish consumer-sales law for faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods. Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue and preferably include your order number and photographs. In Sweden, original defects can generally be complained about for up to three years.
