Turkey's Most Prestigious White Cheese

Ezine district of Çanakkale, the gateway to the Aegean; with its clean climate, rich plant flora, and traditional cheese masters, holds a unique place on Turkey's cheese map. This cow's milk cheese, aged for 9 months, develops a deep creamy and slightly salty character during that time. Distinct at first bite, addictive on the second.

Why Ezine Cheese?

9 Months of Aging: Over months, the moisture in the cheese decreases, the flavor intensifies, and the texture becomes crystallized. A depth that fresh cheeses can never provide.

High Protein: 21.5g protein and 596mg calcium per 100g — part of a strong and balanced diet.

Halal Cheese Rennet: Produced with halal certified rennet. 100% cow's milk.

Cold Chain Delivery: The freshness and texture of the cheese are preserved throughout its journey.
