Shipping and Delivery

Due to the Ramadan campaign, the amount required for free shipping has been reduced from 850 to 750, and shipping within Sweden has been updated to be free for orders of 750 sek and above. The campaign will continue throughout Ramadan. For orders below, a shipping fee of 115 sek will be charged. (VAT included.) The cost of our cargo sent to Denmark is 200 DKK. Don't give up You can return the product you have purchased within (15) days from the delivery date, without opening its packaging, using it or allowing it to deteriorate. Before returning the product, you can contact us by phone number, stating the reason for your return. Our company will contact you as soon as it receives the e-mail or fax you sent, and you will be informed how to return the product. The invoice issued in your name must be sent back along with the product. Instead of the returned product, another product or the price of the product will be refunded to your credit card. Transportation costs for the return will be covered by you. Items Damaged During Transport Products damaged during transportation should not be received and a report regarding the damage should be submitted to the transportation company. The product should not be returned due to minor dents on the box or packaging, which will not damage the product. However, upon receipt by you, the transportation company will be deemed to have fulfilled its duty. After you submit the damage report of the rejected product to our store, our store will deliver the new product to you as soon as possible in the healthiest way possible. Faulty Products For defective products that were not detected during delivery and occurred in the application, please send us an e-mail containing your invoice and order numbers, stating the errors. If your return reason is deemed appropriate, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one after sending the invoice to our store together with the returned product; Transportation costs to be paid for the return will be covered by you.
