Shipping and Delivery

Due to the Ramadan campaign, the amount required for free shipping has been reduced from 850 to 750 SEK, and free shipping within Sweden is now available for orders of 750 SEK and above. The campaign will continue throughout Ramadan. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of 115 SEK will be charged. (VAT included.) The shipping fee for parcels sent to Denmark is 200 DKK. As part of the Ramadan campaign, our free shipping option has been lowered from 1500 Danish Kroner to 1400 Danish Kroner. Our campaign will continue throughout Ramadan. The shipping fee for parcels sent to Copenhagen is – SEK. Shipping is free for orders of – € and above. The shipping fee for parcels sent to Finland is 25 €. Shipping is free for orders of 150 € and above. Right of Withdrawal You can return the product you purchased within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date without opening the packaging, using, or causing any damage to the product. Before returning the product, you can contact us by phone to specify the reason for the return. Our company will contact you as soon as we receive your email or fax and will inform you how to return the product. The invoice issued in your name must also be returned along with the product. Instead of the returned product, another product or the product’s price will be refunded to your credit card. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by you. Products Damaged During Transport Products damaged during transport should not be accepted, and a damage report must be drawn up with the shipping company. Products should not be returned due to minor dents in the box or packaging that do not damage the product. However, once you accept the product, it will be considered that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty. After the damage report for the rejected product is delivered to our store by you, our store will deliver a replacement product to you as soon as possible in the best condition. Defective Products For defective products that cannot be noticed at delivery but appear during use, please send us an email specifying the defects along with your invoice and order numbers. If your return reason is accepted, after sending the invoice along with the returned product to our store, the defective product will be replaced with a new one; the shipping costs for the return will be borne by you.
