Kayseri mantı, the true ancestor of the world-famous Italian tortellini in Anatolia, is a magical dish when it arrives at the table with its tiny dough pockets filled with flavor. Made by Kayseri masters with hand-rolled dough and 100% halal ground beef, this mantı can now be ordered from Sweden.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, ground beef, onion, water, egg, vegetable oil (sunflower), salt, seasoning. Contains gluten and egg. 100% Halal.

How to Cook?

1. Boil in plenty of salted water for 10 minutes.

2. Drain and place on a serving plate.

3. Pour garlic yogurt + chili flakes in butter sauce on top.

4. Sprinkle with dried mint or sumac if desired.

Kitchen Secret: The hotter the butter sauce on the mantı, the more authentic the experience. Prepare the sauce before serving, pour it over the mantı, and serve immediately.

Right of Withdrawal You can return the product you purchased within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date without opening the packaging, using, or causing any damage to the product. Before returning the product, you can contact us by phone to specify the reason for the return. Our company will contact you as soon as we receive your email or fax and will inform you how to return the product. The invoice issued in your name must also be returned along with the product. Instead of the returned product, another product or the product’s price will be refunded to your credit card. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by you. Products Damaged During Transport Products damaged during transport should not be accepted, and a damage report must be drawn up with the shipping company. Products should not be returned due to minor dents in the box or packaging that do not damage the product. However, once you accept the product, it will be considered that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty. After the damage report for the rejected product is delivered to our store by you, our store will deliver a replacement product to you as soon as possible in the best condition. Defective Products For defective products that cannot be noticed at delivery but appear during use, please send us an email specifying the defects along with your invoice and order numbers. If your return reason is accepted, after sending the invoice along with the returned product to our store, the defective product will be replaced with a new one; the shipping costs for the return will be borne by you.
