Product description: Raw organic chestnut honey produced by cold centrifugation. The honey comes from unspoiled mountainous areas where chestnut trees predominate. In liquid form, it has a dark amber color that turns golden upon crystallization. The flavor is full-bodied with a slightly acidic and bitter note, as well as a characteristic plant-like aroma.
Storage: Store in a dry, cool place. Protect from direct sunlight.
When crystallization occurs: Honey is a natural product and may crystallize. To restore its liquid consistency, gently heat in a water bath at no higher than 40°C.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Honey should not is given to children under 12 months.
