Product description: Raw organic heather honey produced by cold centrifugation. The honey comes from unspoiled mountainous areas in northern Spain where heather predominates. It has a dark amber color with reddish tones, a long-lasting floral and herbal aroma, and a full-bodied, semi-sweet flavor with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from direct sunlight.
When crystallization occurs: Honey is a natural product and may crystallize. To restore its liquid consistency, gently heat in a bain-marie at maximum 40 °C.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Honey should not should be given to children under 12 months.
