Items Damaged During Transport Products damaged during transportation should not be received and a report regarding the damage should be submitted to the transportation company. After you submit the damage report of the rejected product to our store, our store will deliver the new product to you as soon as possible in the healthiest way possible. Faulty Products For defective products that were not detected during delivery and occurred in the application, please send us an e-mail containing your invoice and order numbers, stating the errors.
