Don't give up You can return the product you have purchased within (15) days from the delivery date, without opening its packaging, using it or allowing it to deteriorate. Before returning the product, you can contact us by phone number, stating the reason for your return. The invoice issued in your name must be sent back along with the product. Instead of the returned product, another product or the price of the product will be refunded to your credit card. Items Damaged During Transport Products damaged during transportation should not be received and a report regarding the damage should be submitted to the transportation company. The product should not be returned due to minor dents on the box or packaging, which will not damage the product. After you submit the damage report of the rejected product to our store, our store will deliver the new product to you as soon as possible in the healthiest way possible. Faulty Products For defective products that were not detected during delivery and occurred in the application, please send us an e-mail containing your invoice and order numbers, stating the errors.
